Requests are reviewed before any account is issued. The production workflow will log submissions, flag honeypot hits, and route accepted users into invitation-only onboarding.

This page is ready for Nginx routing now and for FastAPI form handling when the backend is wired.

This form is wired for the planned `/api/request-access` intake endpoint on the secure host.
